SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - APPLICATIONS
DEVELOPMENT
- Must posses excellent communications skills with a proven
ability to organize and manage medium to large-scale applications development
and systems integration projects across platforms
- Will have experience in hands on assessment of project specific
client technical development needs, technical data gathering, and organization
and plan formulation for development life cycle of application development
projects
- Ability to scope and document project RFP´s on a technical
and non-technical basis, and assess project specifications and project technical
requirements to provide an organized project plan and implementation solution
to team members locally and overseas.
- Ability to establish a design/development/and testing schedules
based on provided specifications from the business development group.
- Must have managed medium to large software development/systems
integration projects with an ability to provide manpower estimates, plan
deliverables, and establish schedules by interfacing with team members locally
and overseas.
- Ability to manage and lead implementation teams and report
updates and progress on key deliverables within the project life cycle to
team members locally and overseas
- Should have exposure across technologies and applications
with strong fundamentals in at least one technology area.
- Ability to integrate different technologies to provide project
planning solutions, good presentation, communication and organizational
skills
- Should have experience in the use of MS Project, Visio, to
create a structured approach to ambiguous situations towards the establishment
of project implementation plan
- 3 to 5 years in Technology Project Management and Implementation
with exposure to networking concepts, enterprise architecture, distributed
computing standards like COM, DCOM, CORBA, a definite plus
